Community Gatherings for Sound Bath Meditation and Shamanic Sound Journey Experiences

An hour of immersive sound — crystal bowls, gongs, voice, and tuned instruments — held in low light with everything you need to settle in. You arrive, you lie down, you rest. The sound does its work. You leave a little more inside yourself than when you came.

These gatherings are kept small because nine is the number where the room can still feel held. It is a shared hour of being quiet in good company.

A longer, deeper version of the soundbath meditation that integrates shamanic elements — drum, rattle, smoke blessing, and guided journey work — alongside tibetan bowls and gongs. These gatherings ask more of you and offer more in return.

Intended for those that wish to visualize more, receive audible guidance, experience ceremony and connecting to higher consciousness.

I also lead private sound baths and ceremony for groups — birthdays, celebrations, life transitions, team and community gatherings, small retreats, and gatherings shaped to a particular moment in a particular group's life. These can be held at the Healing House or at a location of your choosing in Florida.
