I am a licensed massage therapist, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator, and I have spent two decades creating spaces where people can let down what they have been carrying.
I've been a Florida-licensed massage therapist since 2007. My professional path began in luxury resort spas and hospitality, and over the years, it's refined toward something quieter — work that meets people not at their most polished, but at their most human.
My training in massage, somatic work, sound healing, and breathwork has come slowly, in layers, alongside my own ongoing personal practice. I expect to be learning for the rest of my life.
I am Mayan. My work draws on the indigenous healing threads of my heritage alongside contemporary somatic and nervous-system science. Both belong here. Both shape how I sit in a room with another person's pain, not performed for effect, simply part of how I show up.
Honesty over performance. Presence over technique. The pace of the body, not the pace of an agenda. Healing isn't linear, fast, or something one person can do for another- and I hold space for what people bring, including what they aren't ready to say out loud yet.
I don't position myself as a guide or an authority over your path. My role is to hold a steady, skilled, well-prepared space. The work happens between that space and your own willingness to be present in it.
I work with people moving through grief, trauma, anxiety, burnout, illness, recovery, parenthood, identity shifts, and the long, quiet seasons that come after a life rearranges itself. Many have done years of therapy and still feel something held in the body that talking has not reached. Some are tired, tender, or simply curious.
There's no particular kind of person this practice is for — only a particular kind of willingness to be met.
My work is grounded in years of professional training and personal practice.
