This is a practice for the part of you that is tired of holding it all together. Nothing to perform, nothing to prove, nothing to fix. Given a quiet enough space and skilled enough presence, the body knows how to find its way back to itself.
About Me
Hello, I'm Naomi
I'm a licensed massage therapist, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator with two decades of practice-informed by my Mayan healing arts and contemporary somatic and nervous-system science.
Mobile & Retreat Work
I bring sound, breath, and ceremony to homes, private gatherings, events, and small-group retreats throughout Florida, the US, and internationally.
Community Gatherings
Sound baths are held throughout the year at the Healing House.
Small groups of up to nine, fully supported. A place to rest in community with others who are also learning how to soften.
